Westminster Wellbeing Service is a free NHS Service for anyone living, working or studying in Westminster. It focuses on mental health promotion, raising awareness of
and providing information about emotional health & wellbeing to enable people to look after and improve their wellbeing.
People can meet with a health professional to look at their wellbeing needs and receive information and advice including signposting to local activities, organisations and sources of support. There is no need for a referral, simply contact them directly by phone or e-mail or attend their open access session on a Wednesday morning.
They also offer workshops, information sessions and training on all topics relating to emotional wellbeing. Typically these are delivered in partnership with community organisations at local venues within Westminster.
They are based in Vauxhall Bridge Road SW1 but can see people at different venues in Westminster (most likely in Vauxhall Bridge Road SW1 or Praed Street W2).
The Open Access Session is held every Wednesday between 9-11:30am at the Centre for Psychological Wellbeing, 192-198 Vauxhall Bridge Road SW1V 1DX. No appointment is required as it works on a first come first served basis and is for anyone living, working or studying in Westminster.
