St Charles Hospital is an in-patient unit based in North Kensington & Chelsea. The unit provides an in-patient service to residents from both Westminister and Kensington and Chelsea.

Referrals to services are via your GP or other healthcare professional.

For psychiatric emergencies please attend St Mary's A&E department, Praed Street, Paddington, London, W2 1NY

For out of hours advice please contact the Urgent Care Advice Line on 0800 0234 650. The line is open Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8am and offers a 24 hour service at weekends and bank holidays.
