The Day Centre is for homeless people regarded as having a local connection to Westminister and who are rough sleeping in the area.
Passage House is a 50 bed hostel for men only. Referral procedures apply. It offers the following services

The Passage Day Centre provides advice on
- emergency night shelters
- hostels
- benefits
- identification documents
- form filling
- debt counselling
Education, training and employment facilities include
- basic literacy and numeracy
- computer training
- CV preparation
- vocational guidance
- job search
- RSA CLAIT course
- magazine group
- NVQ training in painting & decorating and catering
- Streetwise Opera
- lifeskills.
The following are available to Service users at the Day Centre
- nursing/GP clinic
- specialist mental health workers
- specialist drug and alcohol workers workers
- chiropodist
- homeopath
- NHS counsellor
- art Therapy
- psychiatric assessment
The Centre workers also undertake
- street outreach work and referrals to emergency accommodation
- accessing housing rights and needs
- joint work with other agencies and specialists
- housing and resettlement assistance
- referrals to local authorities where appropriate
- permanent and temporary housing advice
- ongoing support
- one-to-one mentoring by volunteers.
There is no wheelchair access. Access to the Day Centre is down some stairs and Passage House is upstairs.
