Mental Health Medicines Helpline

The Mental Health Medicines Helpline, run by CNWL Mental Health Trust aims to support people with questions about their medicines following outpatient attendance or discharge from hospital.


People can call the helpline to discuss any questions they have regarding medication with a specialist mental health pharmacist. Examples of queries could include:


  • What is my medicine for? 
  • How long will it take for my medicine to work? 
  • What are the side effects? 

The helpline can be contacted on 020 8206 7270, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.15pm. If you reach an answering machine, leave a message and you will be phoned back.
